I reluctantly decided the tent I'd ordered didn't suit my needs - no fault of OutdoorGear UK. Returned it unused and within hours of them receiving it I was notified of a full refund just as per the terms on their website. Will order again without hesitation and that's high praise as I'm an ex outdoor equipment retailer myself!

Very well priced pair of Hestra ski gloves ordered in the last week before Xmas. Didn’t need or expect to see them until after Xmas. But order taken, processed and shipped within an hour and gloves with me within 2 days despite all the holiday hiatus. Top job, very well priced product and super service. Happy Xmas…me!

This is the second pair of Fjallraven trousers I have purchased from Outdoorgear, as they were the best price I could find, they delivered next working day free of charge! Will definitely be a returning customer! Feedback: no confirmation of order email received might be as paid with PayPal, but this would make your service perfect in my opinion.

Yesterday around 4pm I was stressing about rain due at the festival we're going to this weekend and worrying about how to rainproof our camping experience. I came across outdoor gears website, (it could do with a mobile friendly upgrade) but I ordered a tent tarp and today at 11am it has arrived! I can't believe how fast that was. I purchased 3 vango micro chairs, upon receiving I discovered 1 of them was damaged, 1 email sent in the evening. Received email from them 1st thing the next morning asking if id like exchange or refund, I have now received my new chair and a pre paid postage return for the damaged chair.all dealt within 3 days. Perfect seller, highly recommended.
