Omron – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

BEWARE - Not to be confused with all of the other Omron's out there. I purchased one of their blood pressure monitors for my heart condition. I'm using it several times per week in order to take the averages for week, month, and 6 month to my doctor. My app was recently updated so now I can't log in after about two years of not needing a password. They only offer one way to change or reset a password. So if your email has changed as mine has you're out of luck and will have to contact them. Then the wait is up to 30 days. YES A MONTH, and it's 2025. LOL I could die before then. It's very hard for me to believe that a technology company in the healthcare field doesn't use up to date technology for their customers to be able to access their accounts. I know all about HIPPA as I retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield after more than 20 years. Being able to sent a link via text is the norm these days. There are also many other ways this can be handled. For them to take up to 30 days to simply change an email or merger accounts is pretty lame in 2025. I doubt they know what AI is. I don't recommend.
