Non stop is something broken. Every 4 weeks we are in contact with the customerservice.

I bought a juicer that had a 15 year warranty for the parts. After some parts broke and the juicer was within a warranty, I contacted them and they begun to direct me first to one department and then to another and so on. They are scammers.

We bought an omega juicer, paid approximately 200 euro for it, after a couple of months the plastic feeder broke after juicing some carrots, unfortunately our receipt got deleted so we had to buy the new part which cost approx 35 euros. We then decided to cut carrots lenghtways and put less in at a time as to not add extra stress to the feeder but 10 months later the same thing happened again. The feeder is very flimsy and is not built to last! So if u like juicing carrots i would not recommend the omega juicer. So disappointed as i heard it was a reliable product hence why i paid so much money.

Omega juicers company is an amazing organization and they stand behind their product like a mountain & support within the waranty period of 10 years. They resolved my issues very professionally & smoothly without any hesitation even after 7 years of my original purchase of a juicer which I purchased from bed bath & beyond. I am very impressed and would highly recommend their products & custommer services they offer. Omega, you are truly a 5* organization and & I am delighted to deal with you. Omega Juicers kindly provided return shipping for the juicer, and I did finally receive my refund. I imagine they are working very short staffed during the pandemic.
