Olivela – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Pretty much a mess all-around. After I placed my order as a guest, I later went in to create an account to check my order status. The site wouldn't let me, kept saying that email was already registered. Okay, well maybe they automatically registered my email when I placed the order. When I clicked on the 'reset your password' link, the email never came. Never went to junk, nowhere to be seen. Requested several times, never sent. Sent an email requesting help; no answer. Sent follow-up messages on their IG account; no answer. Called their support line; no answer. Out of desperation, I clicked a random extension, happened to get an actual person, who was nice-ish enough but did follow through and get a tech to reach out to me regarding the account error. I did finally get my account set up. Fast forward several days to when I finally receive my package. I ordered TWO items. One was correct, one item was completely wrong. Not only that, they sent me an item below the cost of the actual item I paid for. If I had any faith in any kind of communication with this company, I would reach out and return the item. Instead, I will leave a review on all of their platforms warning people about my experience. STAY FAR AWAY. Horrible, horrible company. Needless to say, won't buy from again.

It’s been over two months my return and the item was confirmed in queue to be processed for at least 6weeks and it’s still not refunded. Constantly have to email customer service to check in. NOT RECOMMEND

Still have not received my return - going on 1 month. Non responsive, AWFUL company.

Terrible returns. It’s been over a month. They have the item but haven’t processed it. I know part of it goes to charity (although items are marked up), it’s a very disorganized company. Not worth the aggravation unless you’ve tried an item on elsewhere and you use one of their discount codes. If there is any possibility of returning, shop elsewhere.
