Neither of my two students received their packages their freshmen year. Contacted customer service several times with no response.

I agree with the few reviews I read. Unreliable. My child has received only 3 of the 5 packages I ordered. You cannot speak to anyone - when calling you get an automated message saying all reps are busy and to go to their website, then the call disconnects. You send a message thru their site and you get an auto response saying you will be contacted within 72 hours, but never get a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB - the BBB never received a response from the company. The only way I got a bit of service was to find the email address of the student rep (whose name was on the mailer) and email her. That got 2 more of the 5 I ordered delivered. Now she won't respond anymore. Stay away!!! (Plus the packages are chintzy.) I even found one of their VPs on Linkedin (whose profile wasn't locked) and messaged him - Nothing.

Totally unreliable company. I ordered a diploma frame on May 23, 2023. To date, I have not received it. I placed numerous calls, and can never speak to anyone, and I have written emails requesting a refund, and still NO SUCCESS! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a diploma frame with a watercolor of the school. I received the frame but no watercolor print, that insert was blank. Started with sending email....no response. Called customer service, am told that rather than simply sending me the print THAT THEY LEFT OUT (cost of a letter), that I should pack up the entire frame, wait for a return label and return it to them. No idea if they are out of the print, if I should ask for a refund or exchange, when/if I will get my money back or when the return label will come????!!! The people who answer the phones are nice and try to help, but have absolutely zero information, they have to call and get answers from someone else or "their supervisor". What a crazy way to do business......employ customer service that is unable to help and the decision to ship the entire heavy frame back instead of just sending me the print?? If you are losing money, um, I think I know why. I have no idea if I should order another or simply get my money back. So frustrating. Whoever packed that frame knew the watercolor was missing, but sent it anyway. Not happy. I had planned to order 3 of these for family grads. Too frustrating. Would love to hear back from someone who knows what the heck is going on!! UPDATE: I did hear back from OCM and they are promising to complete my order. I will update once I receive. FINAL UPDATE: OCM made good on their promise and I did receive the watercolor print within days. I have since revised my review. I complained, they responded with a fix. I am a business owner too, and I know mistakes happen, but it is how a company responds to their mistake that determines how they should be judged. I firmly believe you should give the chance to make it right and they did. Shout out to Lloyd in customer service for accepting responsibility for the mistake and fixing it immediately.
