Noble Knight Games – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Used games is not what this buisness does well. Their customer service was good but the overall experience was not. I purchased a used game from noble knight games via eBay. The game was not in the condition that was listed and was much worse than listed, missing parts, and came as a total unorganized mess. I reached out to noble knight but there wasn't much they were willing to do. My options were a $15 discount or to mail the game back to them for a refund but the cost of shipping I paid to get it here combined with the cost to ship the game back and all the wanted time outweights the value of the game. This was for an out of print game but for $50 more I could have gotten it new, complete, and with none of the headache. I have bought alot of used games and this is the first time it was in such bad shape that I had to contact the seller. They should have owned the mistake and made it right.

When I see companies providing good games and good prices, I always feel a little hesitation on whether it is a trustworthy company. Since I'd never ordered from Noble Knight in the past, I felt that there may be a little risk. But after the fast shipping and the good shape the game arrived in (a little bit of wear here and there, but definitely within the vein of "VG/Very Good"), I feel confident enough to purchase from them again in the future.

I brought a Indiana Jones monopoly game (NM) I was a bit worried since I live in Denmark. But I was pleasantly surprised. The packed came after 5 days including the weekend. It was well packed, everything in the game was there and it’s in great condition. Can definitely recommend buying from noble knight games:)

Huge and wide selection of inventory, I have ordered expansions (new and used), red-hot release games, used rare hard to find out of print games (way cheaper than ebay and GRADED correctly), well packaged, organized, repeat customer says it all, would easily recommend

I (living in the Netherlands) ordered a series of rare, out-of-print, RPG books. The price was quite reasonable and the shipping costs (US to NL) was as expected. I opted for Priority Shipping. I received the books after 4 four days! And this included a one-day delay from the Dutch customs. The books were described as Used, but Very Good. One cover is slightly sun-damaged, but the rest are in near-mint condition. I cannot tell that they have ever been opened before. If you use NKG, you're guaranteed high quality goods (unless description says otherwise) and timely delivery. Would use again.
