Purchased only a week ago and already seeing the weight drop. Very tasty and as for the soups, I read reviews that these are watery, I personally really like these. Give it a go!

Having read many of the reviews here, people do not understand the principles of a keto / very low carb diet. If you are going to be disappointed because it isn't filling, watery, small in portion size, etc, you don't understand why you've reached the point of needing this diet. I previously undertook a well known keto diet based on shakes and so on and did well, losing nearly ten stone. But, it became a challenge and so when I came off it, I did the wrong thing and went "back to normal". Now I'm on natural ketosis and eating real food is enabling me to re-educate myself in sugars and carbs - and I'm not unhappy at small, watery portions because hey, thats what you get for 800 calories a day! Apart from the keto pasta which I found inedible, the pouches of soup and meals are great, really tasty, and with more real ingredients than the average supermarket ding meal. It's all stuff we can cook ourselves, but this makes it easy, the food is sous vide prepared, hence why fresh food can last for months. A great company to deal with too, Amanda looked after me when I had an issue. The bad reviews here are clearly written by people who don't understand what they're taking on, if you do need to lose lots of weight and understand ketosis diets, go for it, well recommended

i have been using Natural Ketosis since January this year. I found some of their meals great, others not so much, but the quality is always first rate. Their plan is easy to follow and once I got in to it I found I could mix and match with their meals and ones that I figured out for myself. Delivery is prompt and customer service very good. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is thinking of going on a keto journey. It has worked well for me.

If you follow the guide book that accompanies the meals you will loose weight. I have lost 1 1/2 stones with natural ketosis. If I put weight on I go back to the plan and I will loose it. Some days are difficult but if you stick to it you do gradually loose weight 2 or 3 pounds every week. You have to commit to it. There’s no one else quite like them for keto. Staff always helpful, deliveries always on time. I would love for them to sell the sauces for each meal only and then provide the grams for meat/fish required. I would much prefer to add my own.
