I was planning to buy a bundle package of several items but had a question about one of them. It was 10pm, and I was able to get a customer service rep via chat immediately. David answered my questions and provided me with links to get to the products I needed. Then when I placed my order, I neglected to enter a coupon code that I had. I got David right back on chat, and he said he would enter a ticket about the discount. The very next morning at 8am, April had e-mailed and called me to follow up. By 8:45am, April had applied the discount code and gotten everything taken care of. National Allergy is the company my allergist's office recommended to me, which was enough of a reason to use them-- their exceptional customer service definitely sealed the deal. I am very impressed... and I can't wait to start sleeping better with my new mattress cover and pillow covers!!

What a wonderful experience I had! The customer support representatives at National Allergy, (Both David and April Scales) were top notch. April was fully transparent with my cancelled order and refund. She called and reached out to share with me where we were in each step of the process.
