Last National Trust Holidays Reviews from Trustpilot

I love the National trust and believe they do some fantastic work in the communities. Recently visited some of their attractions along Hadrians wall which were interesting. It’s worth paying for an annual membership though as parking is expensive.

Visited Nostell in Yorkshire; everyone we met was helpful and knowledgeable as usual. Four stars only as I was a bit miffed by the 'you can avoid the black figures in the next room notice'. I have big issues about the world wars - lost family in them and they screwed up others' lives - but I don't expect to be warned every time there is some potential 'trigger' about the wars in the next room. We need to help people to deal with emotions, not avoid them or cancel them. We are life members so haven't experienced the admin problems which other posters seem to indicate they have, although some of the comments about the Trust sound like a cut and paste from the Daily Mail comments pages, almost a campaign. The Trust is very good value and needs to stay in business for all of us. And I find the regional magazine and the handbook excellent.

Lots of places to visit with our membership! Lost one star for price in cafeteria but doesn't put us off our continued membership.

National Trust is a National Treasure. I have always had a good experience with your team and your facilities and its my go to for amazing location and good value for money for holidays. Shout out to Jack on Customer Services for his amazing help with my recent booking for Town Head Barn Bunkhouse.

We thoroughly enjoyed 4 hours in and around the Kingston Lacy house and estate. We arrived in our 7m long motorhome and found plenty of parking for larger vehicles. The NT reception staff were cheerful and very helpful. We visited the house on a time slot with plenty of options available. The house interior is beautiful, well maintained and full of original antiques. All floors were open to visitors. Enthusiastic guides provided interesting details about the Bankes' Family history, art collection and antiquities. Having enjoyed a lovely lunch in the Stables café, we set off on a 3 mile flat gravel woodland trail that is well signposted. There are a number of shorter walks and at this time of year, colour is guaranteed in the form of cherry trees, tulips, daffodils and other spring flowering delights. A visit to Kingston Lacy is a must for young and old alike.
