Nanobébé – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE DEAL IS WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to get product information from them for about 3 months for a birthday present purchase for my niece who just gave birth to a baby boy. I have no clue what to buy and when you call their contact number, you ALWAYS get a voicemail that says someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I have left at least 10 messages over the last few months with no reply to any of them. I have sent them repeated messages using their contact form on their website, and again no reply to any one of them. I guess they have so much business that they could care less about any new customers. I finally left them a message suggesting they just disconnect their contact number, since they never return a call. I finally left them a message just asking them to take 1 minute out of their day and send me the name of a company that sells their products and who will actually give me the information I need, and mindboggling that this is, they couldn't do that either...no reply. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT THEY ARE!

New parent friendly website. Learned a lot of really interesting tips on breastfeeding from their blog and ended up buying their storage bags and pacifiers, was happy with both products and will shop here again.
