I've been blown away by the customer service I've received at Mybeadsfindings. I've written to them several times with questions and they respond very quickly. They have been willing to work with my on several requests. The products I've received have been very nice as well.

Shopping with My Beads Finding has been instrumental to my business! I throughly enjoy the sales the most and ease of ordering the products! The turn around for receiving my packages has been nothing short of amazing! I also like when they inform their customers when certain holidays are approaching and they will be closed!

I love all the offerings on the site, the selection is huge. The hardest part is narrowing my options. The prices always seem amazing and they offer gold plated charms and findings. All the products I've ordered are such a great quality.

Ich bin erst vor Monaten auf die Website von mybeadsfindings gestossen. Nach meinem ersten Einkauf dort war ich sehr positiv überrascht: trotz Grosshandel keine fehlenden oder falsch-gelieferten Artikel in einer Bestellung von ca. 100 Artikeln; alle Artikel waren mit der Artikelnr. deklariert sodass ich mühelos zuordnen konnte; alle Artikel waren sicher in stabilem Verpackungsmaterial verpackt; die Qualität der Artikel war sehr zufriedenstellend (keine Billigware trotz niedrigem Preis). Toll finde ich auch, dass man mit abgegebenen Bewertungen bis zu max. 250 Gutschein-Punkte ergattern kann die in 0,5USD eingelöst werden können. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr zufriedenstellend (ich wurde z.B. auf von mir fehlerhaft doppelt-bestellte Artikel hingewiesen: ob ich das wirklich wünsche war die Nachfrage); die Email-Korrespondenz war schnell und informativ. Für mich, als Kleinunternehmerin, die keine riesengroßen Stückmengen benötigt, sind natürlich die Preise sehr attraktiv. Einziges Manko war, dass ich 20.-€ Zollgebühren zahlen musste (Versand nach Deutschland); dies zahlt sich jedoch bzgl. der hervorragenden Qualität, der niedrigen Preise und o.g. Vorteilen auf jeden Fall aus. Mirt Lieferzeiten nach Deutschland von 6-7 Wochen muss man halt auch rechnen!!! Fazit: 5*

A good experience ordering in Mybeadsfindings. Very easy to do, simple payment. The package arrived in good condition. Overall the items I ordered were like I expected.
