Musto FR – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We don’t buy Musto clothing online so have never suffered the problems a lot of reviewers have had. Both my husband and I have several Musto garments which we wear the whole time and though they were expensive the quality is very good. Our sailing clothing has kept us warm and dry over the years and has served us well. We use the Cowes shop on the Isle of Wight and since Helly Hanson has taken over the company, they have what is called an ‘open door’ policy. Great in the Summer, never any doubt that they are open. However, to see their poor staff this week was sad, they were absolutely frozen in was 2 degrees outside, they were wrapped up and had the heating going full blast but the shop was very cold. What a way to treat your staff and what an appalling and unacceptable waste of heat. Are you passing the costs of this daft policy to your customers?

I got a Musto/Landrover Parka in the sale at a frankly unbelievable price. Then I read some, and I stress some, of the reviews and started to panic a tiny bit. Within abut an hour I had an email advising exactly it would be delivered and a tracker which updated me every step of the way. It was delivered 2 days early by a DPD courier who could not have been more professional and then I got the coat. WOW- I am absolutely stunned and there is a 5* review of this on the website. I think I can safely say I'm not going to believe every bedwetting review that bemoans poor service until I've tried myself in future and will give Musto the full ***** too.

This so nearly was a one star review. I ordered a Musto rain jacket six days ago specifically for our holiday, we are leaving the day after tomorrow. It still hadn't been dispatched four days ago and even last night the DHL tracking info was stating "Delivery forecast Monday 3rd, i.e. well after our departure. I was on the point of angry/panic mode when it suddenly turned up this morning. So two elements to the review: The actual item was exactly what I was looking for and an excellent fit. The only minor downsides the zip which seems light which others have commented on. We'll see how it works in use. The second is the dispatch/carriage issues. I wasn't aware that Musto is actually now part of a far larger EU-based conglomerate located in Eindhoven, with all the associated issues that accompany it. Shame that a British brand was a victim of its own success.
