I ordered six items from the Bat Out Of Hell musical. After seeing reviews I was worried, but I got my order today everything was perfect no problems no issues

In a sea of bad reviews, here's a good one. Ordered a Bonnaroo jacket on July 31st, it got here on August 3rd via Fedex.. Granted, I paid an extra $15 to have one day shipping after reading all these horrible reviews about it taking months. I had absolutely no issues though!

While the wait was long, Ella did answer all my questions. No attitude and friendly. Maybe I will use this site again.

I actually recieved my items it just took long:) I have been seeing many bad reviews on this site and only like three good ones. I'm a huge Camila Cabello fan and decided to buy a couple of her items from her Romance store. After purchasing it and not receiving a tracking number after the next day I got worried as*. I came to check the reviews and was devastated at first because of what everyone was saying about the company. I ordered my items in July around the 16th and they all came in on August 15. (took about a month) It took them a while to process it but I'm just glad I received my items. (BTW I live in Tx )

Because of COVID crisis, I hadn't received my order within 24 days, so I claimed for it and it was very kindly solved within a few days.
