MuscleGun – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered a refurbished musclegun carbon, which was dead on arrival. Have tried to contact musclegun via email, Instagram and via the website with no reply. Does anyone actually work there?

Muscle gun was fine for 18 months. Then it broke . Was told it was within the two year warranty so send it in and it’ll be swapped within a week. Now 3 weeks later. Numerous emails . Facebook comments and instagram messages and no response. Don’t buy a muscle gun . Customer service is non existent

I am based in Ireland. I ordered a Musclegun as per the advertised picture with a three pin plug. I received a gun with a two pin plug. (Order 11850) Waste of time.

After a few months, my muscle gun started making a vibrator sound (like something was loose inside). There is no number to call on the website, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. The product was ok to begin with but if there's anything wrong - they won't get back to you. Better off going somewhere else.

After collapsing with severe cramp at the end of a 3 hour run - the CarbonGo saved me. Once the spasms had stopped, the different power settings allowed me to massage my calves and quads to seriously improve my recovery. Can't recommend enough
