MSC Direct – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Do not I repeat do not use your card here. They are a scam. I’m doing my research to find out what they are because they charged my card on October 2. Two different charges. One for 1.00 and then the next hour 100. I got my money back but this morning they tried again for 1.00. And I never ever visited the site. However my bank declined the charge and blocked the merchant. This site a scam and I’m still trying to figure out how they got my new card information.

I was referred by an old school master fabricator I trust. MSC did not disappoint. Not only are their products of old school top quality, their customer service was easy to contact, they resolved a shipping issue above and beyond my expectations, and they even followed up to make sure I was 100% taken care of. Companies like this and CS representatives like Alyssa C. are rare these days, I am a customer for life and would give 11 stars if I could.

There is a reason this company only has one star reviews on trust pilot. Bought two of an in-stock item (there were six available). Said it would arrive in two days. It has been OVER a week, and it has still not even shipped. Tried contacting a live agent, someone got on the chat but didn't respond. Tried emailing but at a rate of one response a day, nothing was getting done. Tried contacting a live agent again, someone finally responded but said I'd need to call this particular analyst person. Called the analyst, he said my order was flagged as fraud because my IP address and email were suspicious (and proceeded to question everything I said in the most patronizing tone). So rather than notify a customer, who has give you their credit card information, that there may be an issue with the account, you move the order to "In Processing" and leave it there and just hope it figures itself out. It still hasn't shipped even though they said they were going to get it out three days ago. This is, literally, the worst customer experience and worst company I have ever had to work with. It is pathetic in every way. The management should be ashamed of the pathetic showing of their staff.

I placed an order for a boring head over the phone , sales promised to get it 2 days and I paid extra shipping . After 1 weeks, several emails and calls they said they not have the tools no explanation and no notification. Still have no idea what was the problem, but I didn't get the paid product on time. They just stole my time. And was a rush job for my best customer. Horrible company.

Started receiving your ads in my inbox on the new Outlook. I didn't ask to receive these. I don't know who you're buying customer information from, or who you're paying to advertise via surreptitious means, but please stop 🤷‍♂️
