Pump bottle doesn't work Contact number no longer in service Email contact form doesn't take my email or phone number Soap is ok but no better or "purer" than any others

This morning my third spray bottle of Mrs Meyers all purpose cleaner had its sprayer malfunction so I either have to pour it on a sponge or buy a new spray bottle. I like the product itself but this is my last time purchasing it.

I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, placed an order on the site, never received any contact after the order confirmation. Days go by, check in on the order and it was canceled, for no apparent reason. Reached out to support, hear nothing back, it's been days. So they cancel my order without telling and ghost. No idea how they came to suck so much, used to be great!

I really use to like the dish soap but something has happened and it’s now just terrible. Personally I think a change in the formula has occurred. Either way it’s not that great of a grease cutter and the sud’s disappeared quickly. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

One of my favorite companies to order from. Love their scents and products. Their cleaning stuff is amazing and I feel good using it in our house. Feels safer especially with 5 kids in the home. They stand behind being all natural and all their stuff cleans just as well without all the yuck chemicals. Customer service is really great too if you ever have a problem, they make it right.
