From Christopher in sales who was my first contact, via the receptionist at Chingford who gave me a warm welcome and cup of coffee to Josh who conducted the sale I found everyone to be polite, informed and friendly making the experience stress free. I feel confident the after sales care will be equally professional.

Customer service was excellent from Newport Motorpoint. We have been looking for a car for a few months. We found what we wanted, chose it, paid for it all online, easy as anything. The one thing that I did not like is the fact that they couldnt show me the service history, as everything is online these days, I was told only the owner could get that info from the car maker.

The service was outstanding from my initial point of contact, Michael an online customer advisor, to picking my vehicle up in Peterborough branch where I was served by Orlando. The vehicle was just as described on their website and the turn over from arrival to departure in my new car was less than an hour. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Osman at motorpoint enough. Was very helpful throughout the whole process and showed me all the available options. Very happy with my new car.

Good selection of cars at fair prices. No pressure. Collected next day. Only issue was my daughter couldn’t test drive as she was a few months under 21
