First time ordering my package was stolen from my buildings stairway before I got home from work. I contacted the company immediately, and they happily sent out a replacement. Even asked if there was a better address to send the replacement to so that there wouldn’t be a repeat issue. I gladly provided a more secure address. They provided me with a new order details shortly after. So helpful and efficient!

I read the reviews after I made the order for two palettes and with so many bad reviews I was worried they won’t arrive in time, they will arrive damaged or some other problem, but the palettes came just in time and they look gorgeous. I’m very happy with the product and shipping. My order arrived in Germany in a little more than a week. I would definitely repurchase the palettes.

Prodotti ottimi, oltretutto spesso sul sito fanno fantastiche promo!! io ho già fatto 3 ordini su questo sito ed è andato sempre tutto bene forse il primo a gennaio 2021 ci ha impiegato 15 giorni ma niente di sconvolgente visto il periodo che vivevamo....i successivi uno a gennaio 2022 e l altro in questi giorni ci hanno impiegato 5 giorni lavorativi....tutto perfetto!

Ho ordinato il 13 maggio, oggi dopo neanche una settimana è arrivato l' ordine. imballaggio buono, consegna veloce, sono molto soddisfatta.

Ho fatto l'acquisto in serata il 5 febbraio 2022, (sabato), a pagamento avvenuto mi sono accorgo delle centinaia di recensioni negative. Ero presa dallo sconforto perché temevo di perdere i soldi. Lunedì ricevo una e - mail che mi avevano spedito la merce, mercoledì il corriere Bartolini mi comunica che il 10 febbraio sarebbe arrivato il pacco. Oggi 10 febbraio sono andata a prenderlo, perfettamente imballato con i trucchi incelofanati con cura. Non me lo sarei mai aspettata, felicissima dell'acquisto. Forse sono stata fortunata ma volevo raccontare la mia esperienza. Grazie morphe.
