Monoprice – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Got what I ordered in a timely manner.

Monoprice sells good stuff at very fair prices and backs it up with responsive customer service; that's all i ask for and it's what Monprice has always delivered.

I ordered a USB-C cable and an S/PDIF (Toslink) optical cable. Simple, right? But there are so many USB standards, and Monoprice's web site doesn't do a good job of contrasting its "Charge & Sync" and "Data & Power" cables; I had to contact customer service who quickly responded. The AtlasFlex USB cable seems great with sturdy jacketing. Meanwhile it turns out there are full-sized and mini Toslink connectors on optical cables. Monoprice correctly describes their optical cables, but they could caption or label each picture with what kind of connector it shows.

They have what I need when I need it. I am an electronic field service technician. When I I do a service call the customer expects me to have what I need to complete the repair. I can rely on monoprice to have the equipment I need to complete the task at hand. I also am a musician .I enjoy home recording and playing. I have a few guitars and basses not to mention mixers microphones and various computer recording gadgets to play with. There is something for everyone at Monoprice.

Cord works as advertised, might get another of the same one for my other monitors soon
