Easy to use, very organized Simple and easy to keep up with all missions, work in team. the comment for each issue are getting lost, could be better there

This UI is somethin' else, I tell ya! It's downright professional and easy as pie to get around, especially for a crazy team. Keepin' tabs on tasks, spotting any hiccups in the plan, and setting deadlines that make sense - it's all right at your fingertips. This tool's a real winner, no doubt about it!

Easy to use but can be a bit overwhelming. I would add a better search functionality

We've been using Monday.com for over 2 years. Overall it's a solid product and has been a critical portion of our operations. A few months ago, they pushed an update that broke our system without any notice. It made us realize we cannot be fully reliant on it any more. When we complained they were quite dismissive of it. Turns out we weren't the only ones. They ended up affecting so many customers, they had to roll back the update and schedule it for next Jan. I'm glad they realized what they had done has severe consequences but it also helped us realize where our weaknesses our with our systems. It's a great software and I'll always be thankful for what it's done to date for our business.
