Molton Brown UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Only recently discovered however I haven’t been able to use any other shampoo since! I have the shampoo, conditioner bodywash and lotion all amazing products and fragrance lasts all day. The hydrating shampoo works really well on my girls who both have curly hair.

Went to molton brown outlet shop at Freeport Braintree. The sales assistant Julie was wonderful recommending products advising us of special deals etc Truly an inspiration and as always I ended up spending more than I'd planned

I discovered Molton Brown years ago and recently decided to revisit their products. During a holiday, I had the chance to sample some of their Eau de Toilettes and Eau de Parfums and was absolutely loved the Orange & Bergamot fragrance. So I ordered a gift set of the shower gel and Eau de Parfum for £150 while still abroad. Unfortunately, the package never arrived. I checked with neighbors, the delivery company, and even reviewed neighbors footage from ring doorbells, but the parcel had simply vanished. I assumed the worst and thought my £150 was lost. As a last resort, I contacted Molton Brown’s customer service and spoke to a wonderful representative named Becky. She was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Thanks to her, I received my package—and to my surprise, she even included some complimentary shower gel samples for me to try. The service was truly outstanding, and I’m so grateful for how the situation was handled. Thank you, Molton Brown, and especially Becky, for going above and beyond!

I wanted to buy multiple gifts in one order, but there was no option on the site to add multiple giftboxes - just one large box, which was no use to me. I contacted customer service and they were super helpful, telling me to let them know my order number after my purchase, and they'd send the boxes out. The boxes arrived the day after my order, free of charge. Really nice to deal with a company that just addresses your issues without fuss!

Chris went above and beyond even talked me into spending £80 , an absolute star , I will definitely be back, even brought it to me in Peter marks salon as he couldn’t find the green bag for the lotions , thank you 👍👍👍
