From the moment we arrived, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic meal. She was attentive without being intrusive, offering insightful recommendations from the menu and ensuring that every detail was perfect. Batoul's knowledge of the menu and the drinks pairings was impressive, and she went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Her professionalism, combined with her friendly nature, made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Moda not just for the delicious food, but for the top-notch service provided by Batoul. I don't normally write reviews, but I know many people who might not have shopped with them before and are looking for inputs of those who have. I placed my order on 5/12/2024, shipped on 5/15/2024, and I received it on 5/20/2024. I had no issues with my Roger Vivier shoes. They're authentic. I knew my size in that brand and these fit as expected. It came with its original box and dust bags. Return instructions were included, just in case. (Item has to be in the same new and unused condition, etc. Pretty standard.). Anyway, everything was packed well and I am happy with my shoes and the transaction. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again. I'm really grateful I found these shoes that were already sold out (in my size) everywhere.

I’ll be completely honest, I made a huge mistake by accidentally putting in the wrong email and contact number through my Apple Pay. It was a disaster for me since there was no way of knowing my tracking number. I panicked and started searching for their customer support and came across this page. I’ve read the bad reviews and worried that my issue would not be resolved. Thankfully, my fiancé called them and was assisted IMMEDIATELY. And so far, everything by has been resolved! I’m beyond grateful for the support and would like to extend my gratitude to Jermaine for his assistance. I now have everything sorted out, all that’s left is to receive my order. I’ll update my review as soon as I do, but so far everything is going smoothly.

P.S. I have worked things out with the seller! They admitted the ad copy was misleading and in fact the watch is not a fake but a vintage watch. They offered a full refund and could have been nicer about resolving this matter. Good Job Eric! Thank you.
