Missguided – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Honestly didn't understand half of the negative reviews the new owners of Missguided received, they changed over from the last owners so of course they cannot fulfill your refunds/returns if the fault laid with the previous owners. They even had a solution for you to get your money back, yes it's more of a pain to contact your bank but at least you get the money back! Secondly, some of those returns are from people who order 10 outfits to try on and then return them. You just clog up the system, plus is isn't environmentally friendly! I did a recent purchase last Wednesday taking advantage of the 70% off, I wish I didn't look at all the negative reviews because it made me doubt that the parcel would arrive. Yes, the parcel was delayed but their customer service team replied to my email promptly and they even sent another automated email informing everyone who placed an order that they were busier than usual. When my parcel did arrive, the quality of clothes was fantastic (again, I shouldn't of believed all the negative reviews I read about the quality) I don't want to send any of my clothes back and I can't wait to wear them. I can't wait to order again!

I didn't receive my refund within 21 days, went to the chat spoke to Nonhlanhla, who processed the refund straight away. Brilliant service

Brilliant service this morning on Misguided Chat just wanted an update on a refund and advisor Sithabile was fantastic and answered my query super efficiently and with great friendly chat all sorted within minutes. I love shopping with Misguided seriously professional and brilliant customer service !!

I received great help from Tina today. And although I learned that my package was lost, I must say that Tina was very helpful and responsive in the chat. Great experience!

After waiting 21 days as requested my refund had still not been processed. I spoke to a very helpful customer service agent Sithabile whom helped me to sort my refund out ASAP.
