Have to say when I saw some of the reviews on here I was worried about ordering from them. However I took the plunge and ordered me and my partner as the couple block figures. Have to say the customer service is fantastic. There was an admin mess up and my order got shipped to USA (live in UK) however I sent an email out when i caught the wrong address on my shipping notification. I got a response within 24 hours from Lindsay who arranged a replacement to be made and sent out ASAP and still got my order before valentines. So can't complain at all! Also we built are figures last night and they were super cute and great fun! The instructions on the phone through a QR code is super smart! Highly recommend these guys!

Just received my order right on Valentine's day. I could not be any happier. The order turned out just as good as I hoped. The customer service was also very good. If I had any queries they were responded to within 24hrs. Definitely recommend!!

Read some of the review after purchasing and was nervous this might have been a scam or that I would be waiting a long time for delivery. However this was not the case, however I did not get informed of dispatch or tracking information until I got in touch with customer services, but once I had this information it all arrived on time and as expected. Was definitely worth it.
