Michael Kors Canada – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve been a loyal Michael Kors customer for years, reaching Red Carpet status because of how much I’ve ordered—but after my recent experiences, I’m done. Their customer service is beyond horrible. Emails? Never answered. Agents? Unhelpful, indifferent, and act like they’re forced to be there. It genuinely feels like they’re chilling at home rather than assisting customers. It gets worse in-store. Managers are rude, dismissive, and completely lack empathy. They treat customers as if they’re doing us a favor instead of valuing our business. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, the service is anything but. I used to shop Michael Kors like crazy, but now? Never again. If you care about good customer service, stay far away.

This store is very fraudulent from selling PVC. without telling customer to selling wrong items and doing nothing about it. I deal with West Edmonton Mall/ Southgate Edmonton. Ifton in Southgate manager promised me the earth when they made a mistake sent out a purse ordered online with security tag no wrapping. Dis contact WEM for me and they could not have cared less. Supposed manager there was cocky and rude. But her salesgirl was nicer. Talked me (Saron) into buying a purse on sale. When I got home this was the wrong item much bigger more expensive. Called Ifton right away. Store never called back as promised. I am ill and had to return again. This manager WEM was rude and dismissive. Kept trying to cover for her assistant. When I asked about phone she said no phones working all calls sent to Southgate. Yet she called me a.m. from a 484 number that worked well. Except I was in store or on way when she called finally. Deceit Deceit as I returned a purse that cost more. Trying to be honest. She stated this brunette manager that Michael Kors does nothing for customer's when they are doing the right thing or get a purse like I did first time. She was so rude as was manager Southgate. Must be nice to work on commission and not have any customer appreciation. My friend who ordered an expensive purse will return to support me. Other stores reputable purse stores were appalled by this company's behavior and apathy. Offered 25% off for this behavior. Beware buyers these two stores cannot seem to show any customer's respect or thank them for returning something of higher value that was sold in error. Just really a fraudulent way to run a business.
