Chris was on point and resolved my concerns.
Chris was very professional and was able to get my account back online with just a few identifying questions.
The process to cancel my account was slow, but Chris I completed it well. He can't help that he has to do so many chats simultaneously, like all the poor chat humans. That was more than just pressing a button and acknowledging that I meant it suggests that one should not do business with MetroFax.
