Mercato – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Mercato is easy to use and customer service is personable and efficient with helping to solve problems. I'll be shopping with Mercato again, they gave me the most positive and simple online shopping experience for picking up my groceries. If it wasn't for their service and payment options, I wouldn't have been able to eat on Christmas day. Thank you so much, Andrea. You helped me get a decent meal that I wasn't expecting to have.

Was thankful that the grocery was delivered right up to my door and I didn't have to pay a cent....didn't get a y help from the city or govt before ,during and after the pandemic....thankful to MERCATO for the help....it just happened....today is tge first time i re eived free gro eries and got what I wanted ...just about 2 or 3 items were not available...that's fine ...non essential

I started ordering through Mercato for my local grocery store, Ray's, when the pandemic started. I order once or twice a month. My order is always ready when I go to pick it up. There are occasional glitches, like when the store is out of something, but they always call to see if there's a substitute for the item, or if I want to cancel it. I appreciate the service and plan to continue using it.

I went to Mercato to meet with my niece and we had the best service from your employee’s that I feel compelled to give a review. I believe Mercato have employed their employees to suit their values. I felt so welcomed as did my niece with one of your employees or rather two. An absolute asset to your company. And furthermore to those employee’s ….. I so so so loved your service. 💜💜💜 I and my niece were so impressed that we give 10/10. Thanks for recommending Super Star Lady and Danetol websites. I was hesitant due to the number of recent, negative reviews. But I had a very good experience with Mercato. I suspect folks are just more motivated to leave a review when they've had bad experiences. I was able to get same-day delivery, which is much better than my experience with other delivery services. Using the service also did not require paying for any kind of membership, although one was offered and you have to be alert to uncheck the subscription box. Mercato also allows for shopping at my favorite, local grocer. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because produce is measured by weight instead of by count. Which makes sense, but I'd like to have an option to shop by count. So for example, if you opt to buy "4x" apples, that might not equate to 4 individual apples.
