Unser Dyson v12 war nicht mal ein Jahr alt und wir müssten ihn schon 2 mal zu Reparature bringen. Nach dem 2 Mal habe ich das Geld verlang und Melectronics ohne jede Diskussion hat uns das Geld zurückerstattet. Wenn alle Unternehmen hätten ihr Problem so gelöst, wäre es super! Danke.

Ordered a Samsung TV last weekend, happy to see a very interesting discount. I received a request to be delivered on Wednesday at 8:30AM, told them I can't from Monday to Friday before 4:30PM BECAUSE I WORK (yes in uppercase as it's incredibly hard to make that be understood). The TV was regardless of this information delivered this day, and put under the mailbox, because they "don't have right to go further". Obviously what should happen, happened, they expect to let the TV here the whole day, and when I came at the end of the day, nothing was there. Some witness told me the TV was there at midday, but nothing at 4:45 PM when I came. And now Migros and their unqualified (to stay polite) delivers say that I should have been here to sign and catch the TV. I had to file a police report this morning due to this very bad handled order. It will definitely be the first and last order for me on this website, it's way too costful, if not in terms of money, it is for stress and time loss Edit : I changed the 1 star to 4, as Melectronics has finally accepted (even if I had to insist quite a lot and lose a bit my courtesy) to send me back the equivalent of the stolen product.

Werde immer freundlich und professionell bedient. Als zweitgrösste Stadt des Kantons St. Gallen, kann es nicht sein dass Melectronics und SportX schliessen. Rapperswil ist zuständig für teils Zürich Oberland und Teils Linthgebiet. In Kulanz wurden mir Ersatzteile bestellt. Nette Bedienung von Herrn Andriolo.

Ich bekam in der melectronics Frauenfeld eine super Beratung. Der Service war vom feinsten. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wird die melectronics verkauft, bzw. aufgelöst, wird eine grosse Lücke entstehen.
