Joslyn, the acting manager was great! She was professional, friendly, and addressed all my concerns about my vehicle. They should keep her at this location as she is a definite plus.

Meineke in Fair Lawn, NJ is the absolute best. I had several issues with my car and came back to Meineke since the original job was under warranty. They fixed the warranteed issue, but another issue came up. I really became suspicious when one job was fixed, and then something else would go wrong, and this continued for about a week. But Sam came through twice. He covered the additional repair costs twice, and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'd say it was his way of assuring me, they really weren't taking advantage of me, and I really appreciated that. And every time I brought my car in, they really worked hard to figure out and resolve the issue. Excellent service and very respectful. Thanks, Sam, for being such a great human being.

The Lincoln, Nebraska, location was great! Mike was easy to talk with and they got my car in the next business day, were upfront with pricing, and sent me photos of the cause of the issue I was having. They made mileage-based recommendations but didn't push them. I would highly recommend this location.

Professional service.. I found some problems in my car and went their for servicing. They are so experienced that they fixed all the troubles with two hour.. They offered me that next time they will take half of charge if I need to servicing my car.. Impressed and So Satisfied with the service.

I cannot say enough about what they have done to make me believe there are not only good people in the world but ones willing to help in an industry known too often by the horrow stories vs. the truly inspiring ones.
