Easy to set up order and amend changes. Delivers on time but only on set days and unable to change them and slightly more expensive than shops

Delivery regular. Never misses. Polite drivers. Online convenience. Wish they had an app though. It would make changing orders easier

Slight confusion when first set up, easily and politely sorted and I’ve had about 6 months of no issue deliveries ever since.

I’ve only been with McQueens a few weeks and appreciate the service and their customer advice line. Friendly, which is very important, helpful and nothing seems too much trouble for them. I’ve only dealt with Adam, the chap who introduced the company to me, and Chelsea, who today helped me on the phone. Thank you for giving such good service.
