No entiendo por qué hay tan malas críticas. Los dependientes de la tienda son muy amables. Si hago el pedido online, la entrega tarda 2-3 días, lo devuelvo en tienda, no hay problema.

Super hurtig og effektiv betjening. Bestilte to skjorter online fredag aften. Tirsdag morgen kunne jeg hente dem i pakkeboks. Skjorterne er i fin kvalitet, pakket forsvarligt til forsendelse. Ikke noget at klage over her :)

I love their clothes but also their service has been 100% good. I visited the Cheapside store 2 days ago and the skirt I wanted had a sticky zip. They ordered for me online to my home address and it arrived 48 hours later. Extremely helpful and friendly. The Bluewater store has the same friendly service. The clothes are quality for a realistic price. I highly recommend. And I have been buying their clothes for a good few years so not just a one off.

I have been a loyal customer to a couple of brands for many years and noticed their prices creep up and their quality go down. I have refreshed a significant part of my summer and winter wardrobes with Massimo Dutti products and am absolutely delighted with everything I have bought so far. Style, fit, quality and price are all spot on. I've only had one slight delay on a sale item, which was quickly and efficiently resolved.
