Mark And Graham – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have a couple of Mark and Graham items and I'm getting ready to purchase another. I have one of their leather totes and it is very nice quality, I love it and it has held up well. I get lots of compliments on it. I purchased a small leather pouch with a clear plastic front and had it personalized, which was a vinyl applique on the plastic. After a few months the personalization started to peel off. I reached out to Mark and Graham and was able to return it and get something else. I got a fully leather pouch and it is beautiful and has held up really well. I would highly recommend Mark and Graham products and will definitely be making more purchases for them.

The monogrammed leather item I ordered was just beautiful, and the perfect gift. It arrived literally within days. Great, prompt customer service. So many beautiful items to choose from, too, in all price ranges.

Mark and Graham (M&A) is an excellent retailer. My story began when I wanted to thank a man who gave my career wind. He gave me a chance when no one else did. Under his leadership, I became a master corporate ambassador. EC (his initials) showed me things that still stun and amaze people that I hire, train, and send on their way. Anyway, I wanted to thank this man, but I hadn't seen him in more than ten years. I did some research and located him. At least I thought I had found him. It turns out that he didn't work at the company where I sent my surprise gift, a 14-ounce Ember mug, which I purchased and had monogrammed at M&A. But that's just half of it. I had the package delivered to me from M&A. I wrote a personal letter and sealed the envelope with my wax monogram. I packed and shipped the gift through the postal service (USPS). I even paid for insurance. The USPS failed to deliver that package, something about a Covid protocol they use to reduce postal workers' exposure to Covid 19. Well, I'm all for safety, but the USPS considered the package delivered even though the company receiving the package on behalf of EC has no record of receiving it. I am still fighting my case with the USPS to collect the insurance. I have even involved my congressional representative. I will see that through. In the meantime, I got the idea that since the mug was an interconnected item, I may be able to track it on the internet. I contacted M&A. I asked if they could assist me with the serial number so that I could track the mug down and report it to the police. Do you know what M&A did? M&A offered to replace my $162.50 purchase. I received it yesterday. Tell me that isn't amazing! M&A is amazing! It isn't even their fault that this happened, but they made me whole. I'm still tracking down EC, and when I find him, I will have his gift. Now come on, that's above and beyond. Mark and Graham is an amazing retailer.

I was terrified after purchasing monogrammed items and then reading reviews about this company. I purchased monogrammed robes for my bridesmaids as well as monogrammed travel kits. All items turned out beautifully - monogramming was lovely - and shipped in less than two weeks. Can’t speak to the long term durability of the products but am happy with my purchase!

I just received the three items I ordered within 24 hours from the original time estimated (a week or so from order date). I was terrified because I ordered them personalized and there are such terrible reviews on personalization but the monogram on all three items came out perfectly. They are incredible quality. The linen lining on my Caroline bag is superb. I was easily able to fit my Dell Latitude laptop, notebook, and cables plus my tech clutch inside (and more!). I’m still waiting on my strap from M&G (it was back ordered), but in the meantime grabbed one from fossil in the same style and it fits perfectly. I’m so impressed and pleased with my purchase.
