Absolutely brilliant service, I put a request online via email, I was rung within two hours advising me that the item I wanted was available. I paid via credit card over the phone and receive the item the next day by post. Absolutely brilliant service by Isabelle. Not only was she professional, friendly and easy to talk to. She was also very proficient at her job. The packaging for my item was first class, beautifully packaged and the handwritten note was an added bonus such fantastic customer service.
