Har brukt marantz sr 5009 i ca 2 år sterk og kraftig ren og fin lyd funka fett helt til jeg kjøpte ny tv da døde førsterkeren og fant ingen som kunne fikse så kjøpte cinima60 fremdeles fet lyd funker som bare faen den men den nettradioen er ubrukelig dette heos-greiene funker jo faen ikke engang så da blei det chromcast tv med med en nett-radio som ble løsningen men hva faen marantz man forventer mer når man kjøper et produkt som marantz heos-app som ikke funker og fjernkontroll-app meg i ræva mitt neste kjøp blir IKKE marantz produkter

Called for some basic info on a product and the guy was rude and cold for absolutely no reason. Shame as I love my Marantz products and was looking to purchase more.

Je possède un ampli av et un lecteur DVD de la marque depuis une dizaine d'années, les produits sont de très bonne qualité /prix. J'ai eu affaire une fois au sav, qui je pense sous traite les problèmes et ai eu un bon suivi.

Most people only use these sites when there is a problem, which is perfectly understandable, but I want to report a great customer service experience. I have a Marantz CD 6007 which is a great sounding CD player. After 18 months, the flap on the optical output broke - which is a common issue in all devices. Of course, one could say it shouldn't break after 18 months but these things do happen. There is a 2 year guarantee (would have been 5 years if I had registered the player) and I contacted the firm that sold me the CD player. They absolutely refused to help, even though they had a duty to do so. So I called Marantz customer service who said the seller is responsible but they knew this seller was unhelpful so offered to have it repaired directly by Marantz. I sent the player back to Marantz (my own expense of EUR 9) and it was repaired and sent back in a week with no further charge. Marantz could have simply said we can't help as you have a contract with the seller but they chose to help. Excellent customer service and I would happily buy Marantz with confidence.
