MANGO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

La mia esperienza di acquisto è stata positiva. Gli articoli sono arrivati in due giorni lavorativi presso il negozio scelto per il ritiro, perfettamente imballati, corretti nelle taglie richieste e nei colori. Anche nella procedura di reso di alcuni capi non ci sono stati problemi, il rimborso è stato prontamente accreditato.

I usually prefer online shopping to visiting stores, but I had some time to spare in Oxford Street, so I thought I'd go to the Mango store there to purchase a clutch I'd seen online. I came upon an absolutely delightful store advisor called Julia who was beyond helpful in attempting to locate the clutch I wanted. Unfortunately the clutch was not in stock, but Julia found a lovely alternative, which I ended up purchasing. Julia made my shopping experience such a joy. She was friendly, helpful and lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to visit the Oxford Street Mango branch again in the future because of her fab customer service. Thank you, lovely Julia!

La atención en tienda súper positiva... Las chicas muy profesionales y con mucha paciencia, a pesar de lo k tienen que aguantar de parte de clientas que te tratan cómo si estuvieses ahí para servirles, no para darles un servicio... Los cinco minutos k no kieren esperar en las colas o para k les atienda alguien los pierden luego para poner malas reseñas... Deberíamos ser un poco más empaticos con los trabajadores.

Ho ordinato dal sito mango giovedì 10 ho ricevuto il pacco martedì mattina 14 .tre giorni lavorativi esatti.

Nettes Team👍🏼 ich habe nach einer Hose gesucht, die leider nicht mehr vorrätig war. Die Mitarbeiter konnten mir aber die Hose online bestellen und ich habe meine Hose somit doch erhalten. Ich komme wieder!
