Excellent staff, comfortable environment and top quality food. The best we've had in Brlfadt for some time. I highly recommend Malmaison Belfast and will be back soon.

Very warm Welcome, accommodating personal preferences, exquisite afternoon tea, Very friendly staff, very clean loos, although decor in restaurant was not to my taste.

Malmaison Glasgow : lady on reception , Claire , was amazing and made us feel very welcome , gorgeous room and ate at the restaurant and really looked after there too for my special birthday. Can’t recommend enough ! Brilliant hotel !

I stayed at Malmaison Glasgow and the reception staff were SO lovely. They were friendly without being weird, helpful, charmingly overlooking me being an idiot about leaving stuff in my room - honestly some of the most natural and delightful service I have had in ages.

Stayed at the Malmaison again but Newcastle this time. As I’ve now come to expect, the staff are exceptional, the service excellent. Although just overnight this visit, it was nevertheless an excellent experience. On Sunday morning we had the pleasure of meeting Tessie, who organised the breakfast room and customers with aplomb, a gorgeous smile and greeting. A lovely stay all round, thank you
