Initially it took a while to understand how to complete our Wills online as we didn't find it straight forward when wanting to add percentages to alternative beneficiaries. However we figured it out. I also didn't understand the solicitors feedback so telephoned them & was called back within an hour & had my query explained by a very polite and helpful gentleman. 2 fairly simple Wills for £90 online without the fuss of face to face appt's. I thought they would keep a signed copy like a face to face solicitor would but they don't unless you pay an annual fee of £25 for secure storage so we will just give a copy to our family/executor instead, as well as in our home.
