I visited the MAC shop in Brighton on Sunday with my niece. Cara gave her a great make up lesson and the overall experience was brilliant. We’ve never done anything like that before so would recommend to others.

Natalia, in the Covent Garden MAC branch delivered amazing customer service! She took the time to understand my skin, recommended me the right foundation formula and shade, and then redone my makeup really beautifully. She is an asset to the MAC team!

I ordered some essentials for my friend's birthday and had a really smooth shopping experience. Dispatch was very quick (1 day) and their free/standard delivery service option is fully tracked. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the delivery and had to get in touch with their support. My experience with their customer service (Live Chat) was fantastic, they were apologetic and understanding. They made a difficult experience into a good one and I will be using them again in the future :)

Great products, their studio fix fluid is a staple in my makeup bag, as is spice liner and velvet teddy lipstick. I love that they do free delivery over £30 and delivery has always been pretty quick. I like that they frequently run discount codes and offers when you spend a certain amount.
