Lysse – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Worst company I have ever dealt with. You have to pay shipping charges and then when you return something, you also have to pay shipping charges. It has been nearly a month and I still do not have a credit on my credit card. I would never deal with this company again. They say that my card will be credited, but I've been waiting and so far nothing.

I am totally unable to locate your appropriate web site for returns. You need to redo the customer service access and availability function. This is the most difficult fragmented website I have encountered for customer returns and having a (M-F 9 to 5) telephonic support is way below industry quality standards. I have been buying clothes from them for awhile. I bought three pair of jeans at the cost of $275. One pair was a light grey. I wrote to Lysse Customer Service and explained that when they dried there were spots on them that wouldn't go away (on grey pair). I sent 7 pictures of the spots. Didn't hear from them. Continued sending emails. I was also getting all their ads in my email. Realized they weren't going to answer. As a good customer I at least should have received a response. When I write a review, the company always responds they need more info. That is their way of getting out of the situation especially when it is difficult to get them to respond in the first place.
