The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the online color of some glass votives not being accurate and some breakage of very delicate ornaments, but not due to the packing which is extraordinarily good. They were happy to refund my purchases and since return shipping is free, it was easy and painless. You can't get enough easy and painless these days. My experience with Luna Bazaar was a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend this company.

I received my lotus capiz shell tea light holder sooner than I expected and it was beautifully and safely packed. I was also pleased to see that it was in the right sized box rather than a huge box with tons of padding. Obviously, this company knows how to pack their products. The candle holder is beautiful.
