Terrible customer service (lulu call educators). Agent became disrespectful when I called them on their dodgy behaviour -- pretending to help when they are just trying to sell you more stuff. Annoying and not the way to treat a customer with respect. If you do not have what a customer desires, you say it, and then ideally you inform customer how you can pass that feedback internally. Lululemon use to be brand you could trust but it has gone down hill. Even the latest speed up short cut is not as good as it use to be

I purchased quite a few different active wears and I cannot fault this brand! Absolutely amazing quality and really comfortable. This is the only one that smooths my curves rather than accentuate it.

Worst customer experience I have encountered. It took me over 2 days to contact them, they refused to take responsibility over the significant delay of the shipment (even though it took them over a week to release the order). For the price of the products I would expect a bit more than me chasing dhl around

Free shipping. My only gripe is that it's really really difficult to use gift cards online. A very strange thing to navigate in the payment section. Everything is shipped from Aus so there's usually an extra day - longer during lockdowns which is expected. Everything is shipped via DHL which seems more reliable than other international shipping companies.
