LuggageHero (US) – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Used Luggage Hero already 5 times on recent travels to NYC, Barcelona and Rome after having to check out of Airbnb's. The process was really smooth and there were a lot of shops close to me that I could choose from, much cheaper than other alternatives and easy process. It's helped me many times and will keep using it!

Check-In & Check-out ganz einfach mit der App mit einem Click gemacht. Bei Abholung wird der Betrag direkt belastet, fertig! Super Sache! So kann man die letzten Stunden vor dem Abflug noch richtig und unbeschwert geniessen!! Hat super funktioniert. Danke dir Jannik&Team

Leaving the luggage at the cafeteria was great for me and my family (especially for my two young daughters) and allowed us to enjoy our time together. We had a very early check out at the rental place and our flight back home was booked 12 hours later. We spent a beautiful day visiting the city, moving around very quickly and comfortably. The idea of this business is great and I hope people will take advantage of especially when all the similar spaces offered by train stations are booked and they don’t have any other options. I would like to add that the staff at the cafeteria was very helpful and friendly! Thank you all for the opportunity, for your support and kindness

What a great initiative this LuggageHero. For us this was new. We left our luggage at Multipoll in Vienna on a Sunday. It was not easy to find a place to leave luggage on Sunday, but this is a perfect place to store it for the day close to the Stadtparc. The lady of the store was very helpful. Principle is simple: bring your luggage to the shop, take picture, leave, come back to pick it up, show picture, you get your luggage and that's it! One remark to be aware of: You pay per hour even if you store it for 1 minute. We left our luggage for 7 hours and 4 minutes at the shop and had to pay for 8 hours.

The man in the shop at impressions Piccadilly London was very helpful in doing the app with me and he took my bag down to the storage dept in the basement. Very easy process to use via the app
