Loog Guitars – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I would highly recommend to others, not to buy this. I bought a 3 string kids guitar for my grandkid. The neck was small and that's good, bit the steel strings are very hard to press onto the frets. The body is a weird shape and only odd colors were offered.

I purchased a loog guitar package for my son’s Christmas present in November. Everything arrived on time, but when we opened the box on Christmas Day, the guitar was broken and it was the wrong style (we ordered the electric, they sent the acoustic). I immediately emailed their customer support and received an automated response that was not applicable to my situation. I’ve emailed back, but I’ve heard nothing. Their customer service is terrible, and while the product looks great, I would not recommend shopping with them.

I placed an order for a guitar, guitar strap, stand and guitar case. I received all of the items except the guitar. No phone number to contact customer service and no one is responding to my emails. This was a gift for my son and I’ve been ripped off. I just want the product I ordered or a refund. Buyer beware.
