Long Tail Pro – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The email I provided them with is unique and it is receiving tons of spam. The address I gave this company was only given to them and nobody else. I contacted them about the issue and I am still getting tons of spam at the address only they should have.

Zero support, not even in terms of billing and invoice. It seems the team just has disappeared. I don't get replys since the first day I bought the pro account. Also the tool does not really work as described. Missen many easy to fix features.

Zero support and my advice to not but this tools

I did purchase Long Tail Pro's annual subscription, seeing a recommendation post and positive feedbacks. But, I did find out that it is not much useful and there are far better, even free ones out there that perform much better. The real drama started after asking for a refund immediately (used for a day only). They discussed with the management for almost 40 days and finally informed me that they are sorry, they can't refund me. So, I would suggest all of you guys, think twice and research deeper before purchasing tools like this. In 2021, no refund policy is a shady business for me. I even offered them to keep two-month fees and refund the rest of 10 months amount.
