Lloyd's Direct – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Service is fine , but I am getting a little concerned regarding medication not in stock. Recently I have gone 2 days without a couple of items , is this an ongoing thing.

Very happy with the service, have been using for some time. Takes the stress out of repeat prescriptions with regular reminders when you need to reorder. Delivery prompt with updates on when your order will be delivered.

Quick service and the app is generally very good. More helpful that stock values are now included, however, there always seems to be an issue ordering one of my medications and it has to be ordered, which induces the delay of any other medication on the order.

All round Brilliant service , medications delivered on time, gentle reminders that remind me what medication im going to run out. Easy to contact , staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish all service providers were this good!

My great experience is that Lloyds always sending me an email to remind me that it's time for me to order my medicine and this means a lot to me as I am very busy person, they also notify me thru e-mail if my order is been dispatched and it's on its way so I never missed to received my order from Lloydsdirect. For the team please keep up a great service .
