Littleton Coin Company – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

After my recent experience where my order was cancelled because someone couldn't get me on the phone is ludicrous! My phone blocks potential spam calls, and even though my credit card was verified and charged, they cancelled my order. My Grandchildren will miss out on this purchase. Taking my business elsewhere; U.S. Precious Metals much better!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE, I ONLY WANTED 4 COINS THAT THEY OFFERED FOR FREE AND THEY DO NOT STOP SENDING ME MORE AND MORE THINGS THAT I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR. EVEN IN EACH OF THE RETURNS I HAVE MADE TO THEM, I LET THEM KNOW THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING ELSE AND THAT THEY ARE AFFECTING MY WORK, AND THEY CONTINUE TO BOTHER ME. DANGEROUS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

They shipped my order to the wrong address and tried to blame me for the mistake. Their customer service rep deliberately dropped the call and I waited another 10+ minutes to speak to another rep. Avoid this company, I would buy from eBay or Esty. They have very good coin merchants and you are able to compare quality and prices.

I'm a first-time customer at Littleton Coin. I placed 2 orders of the 56 national park quarter set and 8 presidential dollar coins. They both were supposed to be uncirculated and new as stated on the website. BUT they sent me very old coins. What a scam! If I want to return for a replacement, the rep told me it's going to take at least a month for me to get the replacement. HAHA Their customer service is okay but the coin quality is BAD!

I placed an order on June 23, 2021 and still still haven't received it. I've called Littleton and "Pam" said that "they" did not like the mail postal service either and that I had to wait until July 22, 2021 to make a claim. She was neither friendly nor helpful. Customer service goes A LONG WAY.
