This company does not rest they literally were there every day and time we contacted them with a live person.

I've used them on 5 or 6 listings now (I'm a real estate investor) and have gotten so frustrated with the clunkiness. Main thing is the showings software and dashboard stuff is always a mess and it's hard to wrangle all the details. Then when there's problems, their team takes a day or two to respond (when you have showings actively happening and need a quick response). The customer service people half the time don't really know what's going on or how to solve the issue. But everything else they do pretty well.

List with Freedom was the best decision I have made in regards to listing my rental home. Sandy Johnson was so prompt in getting me documents and following up on things I needed to submit. The listing and selling process was so easy with List with Freedom. I had a full price contract in less than 24 hours!!

List with freedom allows you to list on the MLS and not pay the full normal realtor commission. It is fairly simple to get started and get the listing going. Customer service was helpful the few times I needed them to help with the process or corrections to the listing I couldn't do via the portal. Overall, I would recommend it and will use the service again if I have need of selling another one.
