Lightwave RF – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’ve been a Lightwave customer and user for a number of years. I’ve always found their kit relatively reliable. I recently added some Hue bulbs to my set up and wanted to integrate everything into the Lightwave app. I had some issues with the integration and decided to call the Helpdesk at Lightwave. I have to say that Euan at their Helpdesk was very happy to engage, understand my problem and then worked with his crew at Lightwave to resolve the issue for me and it was all done quickly. The Lightwave equipment is of good quality and justifies its price. The information on the website is well thought out and I was able to send a link to the installation guide to my electrician who had no problems. I paid for the subscription service and was easily able to book an hour-long session with Roly from Lightwave Technical Support. The session was excellent: Roly talked me through the setup of the system, set up my switches, and explained the features and practical application.

I've been enjoying the products for a long time. Ran into a slight problem and the support was fast, friendly and effective! I'm back up and running and had a great experience with the customer service.

I recently contacted Lightwave to enquire suitable 'smart lighting' controls for our home/use-case. I spoke with a very knowledgeable and helpful representative (Jon) who was able to explain the setup of 'Lightwave' and also how the technology works. After explaining it, within couple of days I placed an order for '2-gang' dimmer switch and hub (controller). Having purchased this new device, it has been installed and very pleased with it.
