I ordered a snorkel set from scuba.com. The first time I used it, the fin strap was too loose and it kicked off in the water. I live on a lake where the visibility under water is not so good. Unfortunately, I could not find it. I was surprised to learn that it did not float. But the very good news is that when I called scuba.com and explained the situation, they were extremely accommodating and not only send me one new fin, but a set of two new fins without a big hassle. I used to buy a lot of scuba gear from these guys back when I was diving a lot. Service was good, prices were awesome, and lots of products. I dont dive now so am not sure but no doubt the postage costs have risen (I live in Australia), as with most US companies. And they have to compete with Ebay and Amazon now.

I have ordered thousands of dollars of diving equipment from Leisure Pro and they have always been very good about sending me what I ordered and making sure it's right. Their prices are also very competitive and they match competitors' prices if you can find something for less.

Excellent customer service, unbeatable prices, this is my favorite company to buy from. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have all my friends buying from them now and we are all so happy to do business with them.
