I initially and quite reluctantly posted a review where I mentioned that the dresses and quality of them are fantastic but the returns process is always delayed. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely fantastic. Matthew Newton was so helpful and explained the current system issues they have had. He ensured that I received my refund. He certainly went above and beyond and I can't wait to continue wearing their fabulous dresses!

I pre ordered a dress which although was late and I had to wait for my refund the follow up and level of service provided by Matthew was outstanding. I've never experienced a company try to rectify an issue to the extent that Matthew provided he really made such an effort in very impressed.

I have used Lavish Alice on a few occassions and have always been very impressed. I needed a dress for a very special wedding and they didnt let me down. I got the hannah dress in green and WOW it was amazing i got so many compliments. The quality is amazing.....thank you

In short - very high quality clothes that are perfect for occasions like the races, wedding guests, evening events and bridesmaid outfits. Excellent customer service. It will be my first port of call for future events. I also want to provide more details, because as a consumer it can be hard navigating new online shops and determining which are genuine or not - safe to say this one certainly is. I originally ordered a beautiful jumpsuit for Ascot, which was high quality but I decided I would just be too hot at a summer event in it so returned it for a refund. As you can see from other reviews, their refund process hasn’t been smooth (but they are actively making improvements to that, and worth noting they aren’t a retail giant!), and I encountered a similar blip when returning my jumpsuit. When I escalated my concern, the customer service was completely above and beyond and really demonstrates the heart behind the business - thank you Matthew. I have now exchanged the jumpsuit for a STUNNING dress for Ascot and I can’t wait to wear it at the event and feel amazing. And I also already can’t wait to put in my next order :)
